What services do you offer?
We are a full-spectrum creative studio specializing in Brand Identity, Website Development, Print & Packaging, and Social Media Marketing. Our services are designed to work together cohesively to build a powerful and consistent brand experience, though we can occasionally accommodate single-service projects for the right partner.
How long does a typical project take?
Our process is intentionally thorough to ensure a high-quality, strategic result. A comprehensive brand identity and website project typically takes between 10-14 weeks from our initial kickoff to final launch. Timelines can vary based on project scope, client feedback, and our current booking schedule.
What is my involvement in the process?
You are our partner and the expert on your business. Your involvement is crucial, especially during the initial Discovery & Strategy phase. We rely on your thoughtful feedback during our scheduled review sessions to ensure the final result is a perfect reflection of your vision. We handle all the design and development, but the project is a true collaboration.
What platforms do you use for website development?
We primarily design and develop on Squarespace and Shopify, as we find they offer the best combination of powerful features, customizability, and user-friendly management for our clients. We will recommend the platform that is best suited to your specific business goals.
INVESTMENT & PARNTERSHIP
What is the investment for a project?
Every project is custom-quoted based on its unique scope and deliverables. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. However, to give you an idea, our comprehensive branding and website projects typically start at $8,000. We will provide a detailed, itemized proposal for your review after our initial consultation call.
What does your payment structure look like?
We make it simple and predictable. Projects are typically broken down into 2-4 equal payments. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in our schedule, with the remaining payments scheduled at key project milestones.
